128 years. That’s how long clients have counted on Moody and Associates, Inc. to be their water experts. And when you’re in business for as long as Moody has been, you realize the importance of evolving and adapting old business practices to meet new needs. Last year their current executive team purchased the groundwater and environmental company and made the decision to rebrand.
Melone Advertising had the opportunity to develop Moody’s new brand. The geologists needed creative that would pay homage to their past while giving them a refresh to last for years to come. Fortunately, Melone Advertising has rebranded 100-year-old companies in the past, like Stoney's Beer. We approached this project with careful consideration and adapted Moody’s old logo to match the company’s renewed focus. Creating the logo helped with the development of collateral, brand guidelines, and other creative.
Next was the website design. The earthy blue and green colors carried over from the logo to the web pages. Moody tasked Melone with creating an easier-to-navigate services section. Our solution was to compile the services into three distinct categories: Environmental, Groundwater, and Energy. The sections are color coded and have various services listed under each of them.
